Pleasant Stay with Minor Issues

I enjoyed my stay, especially the accessibility to nearby restaurants and the vibrant atmosphere. the amenities could improve, as the coffee machine had issues. I'd recommend checking the room condition before settling in for a hassle-free experience.

The studio was spacious, but I struggled with the confusing alarm clock.

the facilites provided in the room was good. really liked the free laundry area to use at any time. location is pretty sweet, just a short walk to some nice shops and restaurants. comfy beds made for a good nights rest. staff was nice n helpful whenever we needed something.

the wifi was kinda spotty at times. also, the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking.

The Dorsett offers a lovely ambience with stylish decor, making navigation easy for seniors. Its proximity to transportation also means no long walks, giving us more energy to explore the delightful area, full of restaurants and shops.

More seating in the room would be helpful.

The location was fantastic, right near Westfield and several restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, though some facilities like the kitchen needed a bit more attention. A few minor issues with check-in times and some maintenance made the experience slightly less enjoyable.

I loved the cozy seating area in our studio! It made relaxing after a day of exploring so much easier. the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times, which was a bit annoying. 😊

I liked that there was a bus stop right outside the door. I could easily reach the underground and a shopping center, which made my outings more convenient. My room was clean, and I appreciated the little calming touches that were provided.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the toilet seat was loose. I had to use the reception restroom because mine had issues flushing properly. Signage could have been clearer when checking in.

Highly recommend it for families with kids

Staff were incredibly nice, always welcoming us back like family. The kids loved having daily cleaning and fresh towels, made it feel like we were at home.

I loved the spacious room and full kitchen, making it feel like a cozy apartment while being just a quick stroll away from the beautiful Holland Park and the lively West12 Shopping Centre, perfectly suited for weekend adventures in London, although the staff could improve their communication, especially with check-out instructions.

Clean apartment, beautiful bathroom, with a fantastic shower and great toiletries provided every day. Easy access to multiple transport options just a short walk away.
